Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate | Doctoral Candidate at Texas Wesleyan University | Relationship and Family Systems Specialist
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate providing counseling for individuals, couples, and families across Texas. My work focuses on relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, and family communication. I believe healthy relationships are the foundation of emotional wellness, and I help clients strengthen connection, resolve conflict, and develop balance within themselves and their relationships.
I use Bowen Family Systems Theory as the foundation of my work, which explores how family patterns, roles, and emotional processes shape relationships and mental health. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and insight-driven, helping people understand themselves within the context of their relationships and life experiences.
Core elements of my work include:

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, parents, teens, and families navigating challenges such as:
Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to help clients build emotional awareness, improve communication, and foster lasting change.
In addition to clinical practice, I plan to continue contributing to research, publication, and teaching in the field of marriage and family therapy. My ongoing work is focused on expanding awareness of systemic approaches and empowering the next generation of therapists.
Therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll work toward healthier communication, stronger emotional balance, and more meaningful connections that support your long-term growth and well-being.
