Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Holistic Mental Health Support
I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in addiction recovery, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and emotional healing. With more than seven years of experience in the addiction field, I began to ask deeper questions about what happens before addiction takes root. That search for understanding led me to a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy that focuses on healing the root causes rather than just treating symptoms.
My work combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, process unresolved trauma, and create lasting change. I believe true recovery begins with understanding your inner parts, rebuilding trust with yourself, and learning to regulate emotions with compassion and awareness.
I offer a safe, grounded space where you can explore your inner experiences without judgment. My style is collaborative, relational, and trauma-sensitive, guided by curiosity and care.
Core elements of my approach include:
Together, we work to understand survival-based coping patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop a stronger sense of internal safety and self-connection.
This integrative framework helps reduce the impact of trauma, build resilience, and support long-term emotional and behavioral recovery.
I work with adults, including women and college students, who are seeking to understand and heal from patterns rooted in trauma or survival.
Common areas of focus include:
Many clients begin to experience greater stability, self-trust, and clarity as they integrate these methods into daily life.
Therapy is a place to reconnect with yourself and move beyond survival toward growth and authenticity. My goal is to help you build inner safety, process trauma, and create lasting emotional balance. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your story, healing from within, and moving toward the fulfilling life you deserve.
