I’m a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, feel seen, and move forward with clarity and compassion.

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and trust. I meet you where you are and create a safe, collaborative space to explore your inner world at your own pace. I also integrate evidence-based practices like mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness to support your unique needs.
