I’m a Ph.D. candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Wesleyan University and specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, dissociation, and attachment wounds. My approach integrates EMDR (EMDRIA-trained), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families heal from emotional pain and relational distress.
I work with Millennials, college students, teens, and families navigating trauma, identity issues, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients break free from survival patterns, restore emotional balance, and build secure, authentic connections. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, unlearn limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your true self.
