About Me

Trauma-Informed Therapy for Complex PTSD, Dissociation & Attachment Healing

Ph.D. Candidate | EMDR trained by EMDRIA in Texas

I’m a Ph.D. candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Wesleyan University, specializing in trauma recovery, complex PTSD, dissociation, and attachment wounds. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, combining:

  • EMDR Therapy (EMDRIA-trained) for trauma processing
  • Bowen Family Systems

Who I Work With

I support clients from age 7 through to adulthood, college students, teens, and families navigating:

  • Emotional dysregulation and trauma
  • Identity exploration and self-discovery
  • Relationship challenges and communication issues
  • Survival patterns and attachment injuries

My Therapy Philosophy

I believe healing begins with safety, trust, and connection. In our work together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, identify and unlearn limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to help you restore emotional balance, build secure relationships, and experience meaningful transformation.
